The Alliance Française of Houston cordially invites you to continue your wine education journey with our next Wine School class, dedicated to the wines of Burgundy.

We are excited to announce our January wine class—an immersive evening exploring one of France’s most historic and influential wine regions, with a winemaking tradition dating back more than 2,000 years.

Certified Sommelier James Barlow will guide guests through an expertly curated tasting experience highlighting the elegance, diversity, and sense of place that define Burgundy wines. With over 20 years at Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods, James is a Certified Wine Educator, Certified Specialist of Spirits, and one of only 200 Bourgogne Wines Ambassadors worldwide.
