Back by popular demand! We are delighted to bring back our Tartelettes aux Fruits class for a second edition.
This new workshop has been redesigned as a smaller, more intimate experience, allowing for more personalized instruction, additional
hands-on practice, and a smoother pace throughout the evening.
Guided by pastry chef BethAnne Moskov, participants will learn the essential techniques behind one of France's most iconic desserts, from
preparing a buttery pâte sucrée and silky pastry cream to beautifully arranging fresh seasonal fruit. Working in teams of four,
you'll gain practical pastry skills in a fun and welcoming environment while creating delicious French fruit tartlets. Whether you're an
experienced home baker or trying French pastry for the first time, this workshop is designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a
