French Pastry Workshop: Bûche de Noël

Celebrate the holiday season with one of France’s most iconic Christmas desserts: the Bûche de Noël!

Guided by pastry chef BethAnne Moskov, participants will discover the techniques behind creating this traditional French Yule log, from preparing the cake and filling to rolling, assembling, and decorating a beautiful holiday centerpiece.

This special hands-on workshop will combine demonstration and practical instruction, allowing participants to learn the essential techniques needed to recreate their own Bûche de Noël at home while working on the assembly and festive finishing touches during class.

Whether you’re an experienced home baker or trying French pastry for the first time, all levels are welcome. Come enjoy an evening of French pâtisserie, holiday spirit, and creativity!

The workshop will be taught in English, and each participant will receive a bilingual recipe in French and English to take home.

Please bring your own apron.
