Bonjour, Je m’appelle Karine. I come from Lille, in the north of France, and I am proud of my Ch’ti roots! Throughout my childhood, I
discovered many regions of France and developed a deep appreciation for its culture, food, landscapes, and way of life. I later spent 25
years in Paris, one of the world’s most beautiful cities.
Before entering Alliance Française de Houston, I built my career as a manager and consultant in large international companies. I helped
organizations improve performance, address complex challenges, and support teams through change and development. Throughout my professional
journey, I have been passionate about helping people grow, gain confidence, develop autonomy, and achieve their goals. Leadership, coaching,
and talent development have always been at the core of my work.
Today, I am delighted to bring this experience to the Alliance Française de Houston. As Manager for Adult Programs and Exams, I contribute
to the development of the Alliance Française by enhancing program quality, supporting instructors, coordinating examinations, and ensuring
an excellent learning experience for adult students.
Alongside my management responsibilities, I am also dedicated to teaching French as a foreign language. I hold two Alliance Française
teaching certificates.
As a teacher, I focus on understanding each learner’s needs, adapting my approach, and creating a supportive and engaging environment.
Together, we develop speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills while discovering French culture with confidence and enjoyment.
Teaching French allows me to combine my management experience, my passion for helping others succeed, and my love of French language and
culture. I enjoy traveling, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and fostering meaningful international exchanges while helping learners
achieve their personal and professional goals.
Au revoir et à bientôt !
