Learn French. Make Friends. Have Fun!
Give your child a summer full of creativity, culture, and confidence at the Alliance Française of Houston. Our Summer Camp offers a fun and immersive introduction to the French language through games, arts, sports, cooking, and themed adventures—no prior French required!
Designed for children ages 3 to 12, each week is stand-alone, allowing families to register for one or multiple weeks.

Weekly Themed Adventures
Each week features a unique theme such as:
- Art à la Française ⎮ June 8-12
- World Cup & Team Spirit ⎮ June 15-19
- Little French Chefs ⎮ June 22-26 & July 13-17 & August 3-7
- French World Adventure ⎮ July 6-10
- My Trip to Paris ⎮ July 20-24
- Knights & Castles ⎮ July 27-31

Ages 3–4 Program (Half-Day Only)
Our youngest campers are welcome with a program specially adapted to their needs.
Please note:
- Children must be fully potty-trained
- Program is offered half-day only
- No full-day option for ages 3–4
Activities focus on play, routine, songs, movement, and gentle exposure to French in a nurturing environment.
Ages 5–12 Program (Half-Day or Full-Day)
Children ages 5–12 may choose between:
- Half-day camp, or
- Full-day camp, with extended activities and projects
Older campers enjoy deeper cultural exploration, collaborative games, and creative workshops—all in French.
Camp Schedule and Rates

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM $290/week (5% off for AF Members: $237.50)

Full-Day (Ages 5–12):
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM $490/week (5% off for AF Members: $465.50)

After-Care:
Available 3-4:30pm: $100/week or $20/day. Request at youthprograms@alliancehouston.org
Beginners are welcome! Our instructors guide children naturally through French using repetition, visuals, movement, and play.
