Celebrate Mardi Gras the French way — with a special nod to New Orleans, where this iconic celebration has deep French roots! This fun and creative workshop invites children to discover Mardi Gras traditions in France, Louisiana, and the French-speaking world.

Children will learn basic French vocabulary related to colors, costumes, and celebrations while creating their own Mardi Gras Carnival mask inspired by New Orleans festivities.

🥞 Crêpes time!
To complete the celebration, children will also enjoy making and/or tasting traditional French crêpes, a classic treat often enjoyed during Mardi Gras.

✨ No prior knowledge of French required — beginners are welcome!
