French Pastry Workshop: Éclairs

Discover the art of French pâtisserie in this hands-on workshop dedicated to one of France’s most iconic pastries: Éclairs.

Guided by pastry chef BethAnne Moskov, participants will learn the essential techniques behind making éclairs from scratch, from preparing and piping pâte à choux to creating a smooth pastry cream filling and finishing each éclair with a rich chocolate glaze.

Working in small groups, you’ll gain practical pastry skills while learning how to achieve the light, airy texture and elegant finish that make this classic French pastry so special.

Whether you’re an experienced home baker or trying French pastry for the first time, all levels are welcome.

The workshop will be taught in English, and each participant will receive a bilingual recipe in French and English to take home.

Please bring your own apron.
