Practice your French while discovering one of France’s most iconic desserts! Join Karine Lammelein, instructor and programs coordinator at l'Alliance Française de Houston, for a hands-on cooking workshop dedicated to the classic Crêpes Suzette.

During this interactive class, participants will learn how to prepare delicate French crêpes and the traditional orange-flavored sauce that makes Crêpes Suzette such a beloved classic. Along the way, Karine will introduce useful French cooking vocabulary and expressions, giving participants the opportunity to practice their French naturally while cooking, learning, and enjoying the experience together.

The workshop will be conducted primarily in French, with English support available when needed, making it accessible to different French levels. No advanced cooking skills are required; just come ready to cook, practice your French, and enjoy a delicious taste of France!
