Following our exploration of Saint-Julien, the Alliance Française of Houston continues its Bordeaux series with another in-depth look at one of the Médoc's most prestigious appellations: Pauillac.

Home to three of Bordeaux's five First Growth estates, Pauillac is widely regarded as the benchmark for Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant wines. Renowned for their power, structure, remarkable aging potential, and unmistakable elegance, the wines of Pauillac represent some of the finest expressions of the Left Bank.

Guided by Certified Sommelier James Barlow, guests will taste through an outstanding selection of acclaimed 2019 vintages while exploring the terroir, classifications, history, and distinctive character that have made Pauillac one of the world's most revered wine appellations.
