One Game, Many Cultures:

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening reception of “One Game. Many Cultures”. A captivating exhibition by Houston artist Betirri exploring how football connects people across cultures, languages, and borders.

Presented during the excitement of the FIFA World Cup, the exhibition celebrates the passion, emotion, and universal spirit of the world's most beloved sport through a vibrant collection of original artworks.

About the Artist:

Betirri is a Houston-based Mexican visual artist known for his signature style blending sports and fine art. Drawing on his background in architecture and fine arts from the University of Houston, he captures the dynamic motion, energy, and community of athletics—most notably through his iconic series of bodiless figures in motion. His work ranges from fine art paintings to large-scale public murals, and his sports-inspired pieces have been exhibited internationally at multiple FIFA World Cup tournaments.
