La Maison du Chocolat: A Guided Chocolate Tasting Experience

An evening dedicated to the art, flavors, and savoir-faire of French chocolate.

The Alliance Française de Houston is delighted to partner with La Maison du Chocolat for an exclusive guided chocolate tasting experience on Thursday, November 5 at 6:00 PM.

Founded in Paris in 1977, La Maison du Chocolat has become internationally renowned for its refined approach to chocolate and French craftsmanship. During this special evening, guests will discover the Maison through a guided tasting led virtually by a representative from La Maison du Chocolat, while enjoying the experience together in person at the Alliance Française de Houston.

Each registered participant will receive an individual 10-piece box of La Maison du Chocolat chocolates, specially selected for the tasting. The final assortment will be confirmed closer
to the event and may feature seasonal and limited-edition creations.

Throughout the presentation, participants will be guided through the different chocolates, discovering their flavors, ingredients, textures, and the craftsmanship behind each creation.
Wine will also be served during the evening as an additional accompaniment for our guests to enjoy. Please note that the wine is not part of the guided tasting or an official chocolate-and-wine pairing.

And there will be a little extra sweetness at the end of the evening: all registered participants will be entered into a special raffle for the chance to take home an additional La Maison du Chocolat chocolate gift.
