Through two compelling films, we will explore journeys of self-discovery, determination, and the pursuit of dreams while celebrating diversity and the richness of human experiences.
Join us for an inspiring night of film, conversation, and community as we honor Pride Month through the lens of French cinema.

Based on the true story of Marinette Pichon, one of the most influential figures in women’s football, Marinette follows the extraordinary journey of a young woman whose passion for the sport drives her to overcome tremendous obstacles.
Raised by a strong and devoted mother while enduring a difficult and abusive family environment, Marinette develops an unwavering determination that fuels her ambitions. Balancing odd jobs with her athletic career, she earns a place on the French national team and eventually catches the attention of a major American club.
